7 months agoThis pasta place is really good—one of the few spots in Toronto that serves pasta the way it should be: with simple, fresh ingredients. It’s disappointing to see negative reviews from people who have no idea how pasta is meant to be enjoyed. In North America, there’s often a completely distorted idea of Italian food. If you don’t know how to appreciate it, at least refrain from leaving negative reviews. Pasta should be eaten as soon as it’s prepared, not 30 minutes later. Otherwise, of course it gets cold, dry and chewy.

7 months agoThis place is amazing! Such a cheap option for quality pasta. The portion is definitely more than enough, and they’re very generous with their parmesan. Go with the mamma rosa rigatoni, it will not disappoint! I’ve seen the same employee a few times now and he’s super friendly :)

7 months agoGreat fresh pasta place! I basically always get the mama rosa when I come here because I love it, but my partner loves their pesto as well. Staff are always friendly, and there's a decent amount of seating for a small place. The only drawback is that the price is a bit high considering it's just pasta and sauce, but I guess what isn't these days.

7 months agoWe love it here! My favourite sauce is the Mama Rosa because I love a good rose pasta. I think you get a really good deal for the price. Hoping they can start making some type of mushroom sauce in the future :) 100% recommend

7 months agoBest pasta I’ve ever had in Toronto. My friend and I tried pesto and amatriciana and they were really good. And they gave us exceptional service. They gave us a chance to taste the sauce and it really helped my friend to choose her meal. I truely recommend this place and I’m gonna try all pasta they have!

7 months agoI had an amazing experience here!!! The pasta chef was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond — he even opened the restaurant early just because I arrived a bit ahead of schedule. He explained the menu options clearly, kept the space spotless and organized, and prepared my Chicken Alfredo pasta dish quickly without cutting corners. Once my pasta was served, he personally followed up to make sure I was fully satisfied with his creation — and I was! Great service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I definitely recommend this spot to others!!!
